The game continues in this fashion until a player covers either one whole row or column, or covers five consecutive diagonal boxes, at which point the player calls out "Best bet bingo!" After the call of "Best bet bingo," the announcer confirms the win by checking the player's card, and awards the prize. Players then clear their cards of markers and a new game is begun.

Players can access a gaming site at any time from the comfort of their own home. Online best bet bingo can be played for fun, or can be bet on with money for potentially massive jackpot wins.
